3. Legal bases for processing
We rely on the following legal bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, as applicable: performance of a contract (to deliver services you have booked); our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and operate our business); compliance with legal obligations (such as accounting requirements); and, where required, your consent.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not receive or store full payment card details. Stripe processes your payment information as an independent controller in accordance with its own privacy policy.

8. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred outside these areas, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements. Enquiry correspondence is typically retained for up to two years; booking and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable tax law.
