Introduction

A grounded, personal way of working.

Life can look successful on the outside while feeling overwhelming inside. My work is about creating a calm, thoughtful space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself and take the next step with clarity, whether that is stepping away from a career, moving through a life transition, or exploring a new way of living.

Navigating life transitions

I am passionate about supporting people through periods of change, transition and personal growth in a grounded, practical and compassionate way. Over the years, I have worked with people from many different backgrounds, including those navigating retirement, career changes, burnout, relocation, emotional overwhelm and questions around what comes next in life.

A grounded, integrated approach

My approach combines coaching, emotional wellbeing, breathwork, mindset work and holistic wellbeing practices to help people reconnect with themselves, reduce overwhelm and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and balance.

Experience and training

I draw on years of experience in coaching, Heal Your Life®, breathwork and yoga therapy, and I am an accredited executive coach. I bring a calm, down-to-earth and supportive presence to every conversation, whether that is one-to-one work or a small group retreat.

Workshops and retreats

Alongside one-to-one coaching and advisory support, I facilitate wellbeing workshops and restorative retreat experiences designed to help people slow down, reflect and reconnect in a meaningful way.

Now based between Ireland and the South of France, I continue to support individuals through coaching, wellbeing and transformational experiences that encourage both personal growth and a healthier, more sustainable way of living.
