Coaching

Sometimes the reason you come to coaching is not where the work ends up.

You may come with a decision to make, a sense that something is not working, or a wish for more from your career, relationships or life. You may simply feel ready for something different.

The Approach

Personal, rather than prescriptive.

Sometimes the goal is clear. Sometimes it takes time to find the right words for what needs attention.

My approach is personal rather than prescriptive. We begin with what is happening for you now, and work from there, exploring not only what you want to change or achieve, but also the beliefs, patterns and assumptions that may be shaping how you think, feel and respond.

The aim is not endless self-examination. It is greater awareness, clearer choices and meaningful movement forward.

Ways to work with me.

01

One-to-one coaching

Individual coaching offers dedicated space to think, explore and work with what matters most to you.

That may be a particular decision or challenge; it may relate to confidence, relationships, work, leadership, direction or boundaries. Or it may simply be the feeling that something needs attention.

Some people come for a focused piece of work. Others choose to work together over a longer period, allowing time for reflection, insight and change to take shape.

02

Transformational coaching

For times when you want to work at a deeper level.

Transformational coaching is for people who want to look beyond a single issue and explore the patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be influencing different areas of their lives.

It is a more immersive way of working together, drawing on coaching and selected approaches from my wider background in personal development and wellbeing. There is no rigid programme: the work is shaped around you, with enough structure to create momentum and enough space to work with what emerges.

03

Team coaching

Teams can become caught in patterns too.

Team coaching creates space to step back from the day-to-day and consider how the team is functioning as a whole: how people communicate, make decisions, respond under pressure and work towards shared goals.

Each engagement is designed around the needs of the team and organisation, from a focused intervention to longer-term coaching support.

Not sure which is right?

Where do we start?

You do not need to know which type of coaching is right for you before getting in touch.

We will begin with a conversation about what is happening now and what you are hoping for. From there, we can decide whether one-to-one coaching, transformational coaching or another approach would be most useful.
